2010 Dues and Fee Structure
The following are the dues and fee structure for the 2010 Season.

*The Major Capital Improvement Assessment is an annual assessment that
was voted on and approved by the members in 2002 to maintain and improve
capital equipment for pool operations. The assessment is billed at the
beginning of each year and is obligatory for every member.
** For limited time only, initiation fee is only $500 (That's a $2,000
value).
IN-SEASON ASSESSMENT
The Club expects to assess all dues paying members ($400 for Family Memberships/$200 for Single and Graduated Memberships) during the 2010 season as part of a program to ensure the Club maintains adequate working capital throughout the year, into 2011, and to remain current with debt obligations incurred as a result of the 2007-2008 Club renovation process. The Club expects one-fourth of this In-Season Assessment to be included on each of the four monthly member fees/concessions invoices beginning with the June 2010 invoice.
Types of Memberships
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
These are families who have been and hereafter shall be accepted for Family
Membership by the Directors (a “Family Membership” or “Family Member”).
Family Membership shall include, in addition to couples, all members of
the immediate family under twenty-one (21) years of age and all unmarried,
dependents who are residing with the parent or parents.
SINGLE MEMBERSHIP
These are persons who have been and hereafter shall be accepted for Single
Membership by the Directors (a “Single Membership” or “Single Member”).
Each is over twenty (20) years of age, and does not have any children
under the age of eighteen (18) residing with the member. A Single Member
may be married, but the spouse of the Single Member may only visit the
Club as a guest, whether of the Single Member or any other member, once
a month.
GRADUATED FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
These are couples who have been and hereafter shall be accepted for Graduated
Family Membership by the Directors (a “Graduated Family Membership” or
“Graduated Family Member”). To be considered eligible for Graduated Family
Membership the member or applicant must have no children under the age
of (18) residing with the member as of Labor Day of the applicable season.
CORNERSTONE MEMBERSHIP
Effective November 27, 2006, the Club established the Cornerstone Membership.
The Cornerstone Membership shall provide qualifying members with all rights
and responsibilities of a Family Membership as set forth in Section 8
of the Code of Regulations of the Club. Cornerstone members paid $20,000
to the Club. Cornerstone Members are not subject to current or future
annual dues and/or capital assessments. Cornerstone Members are exempt
from the following fees associated with the membership:
- The assessment authorized by the Club’s membership in July 2006 in the amount of $1,000.
- Any future capital assessment imposed upon Members, regardless of the reason.
- The annual fee for the Major Capital Improvement Fund, along with any similar reserve fund obligation, and
- General membership dues.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cornerstone Members shall not be exempt from, but shall instead be obligated to pay all costs associated with services at the Club, such as activity fees, food and beverage charges, and charges of a similar nature, that the Cornerstone Members incur in its usage of the Club.
