The following are the dues and fee structure for the 2008 Season. Please note that all dues, the annual capital improvement assessment, the one-time rebuilding assessment, and the initiation fee are subject to 6.50% Hamilton County tax.

*Annual Capital Improvements Assessment: The assessment was voted on and approved by the Indian Hill Club membership in 2002. This is a $100 annual, on-going assessment. These funds are used only for capital improvements.

**The One-Time Rebuilding Assessment: On August 9, 2006 a one-time capitol assessment was voted on and approved by the Indian Hill Club membership. This was a one-time assessment of $1000 for Family Memberships and $750 for Single and Sustainer Memberships. This one-time assessment was necessary to limit IHC indebtedness toward the 2007-08 rebuilding project. For those members who elected to pay the capital assessment in two installments, the second and final installment of $500 for Family Memberships and $375 for Single and Sustainer Memberships is due with the 2008 Annual Dues.
